Depending on a preferred level of confidentiality in a room the correspondent type of sound insulation is used.

25	Easy recognition of normal speech
30	Normal speech is audible but illegible
35	Loud speech recognition
40	Loud speech is audible but illegible
45	Loud speech is barely recognized
50	A scream is hardly hear
55	A scream is barely heard
